Welcome to the PERSPEKTIVE plattform!

The “Perspektive” project aims to utilise the full development potential in the area of offender reintegration. There is an opportunity not only to support prisons in their day-to-day work at a local level, but also to make a significant contribution to the exchange of experts at a European level. We have formed an international consortium, drawing on the experience gained from previous projects such as STEPS, NEXT STEPS and the state initiative Handwerk im Hafthaus. This consists of experienced players in the fields of public relations, psychology, business and more, who work together with prisons from various European countries.

In support of these goals, the Westdeutsche Handwerkskammertag (PERSPEKTIVE coordinator) is participating in another Erasmus+ project titled DigiFusE. 

DigiFusE aims to create practical, evidence-based guidelines for successful educational environments to help care institutes for vulnerable people. In this context, the project partners will develop and adapt three digital platforms to the needs of different target groups, such as prisons and their staff. The PERSPEKTIVE platform is an output of the DigiFuse project. The experiential activities offered here contribute to the development and promotion of social and professional skills and can be carried out with inmates in prisons. When developing these exercises, the project partners pay attention to the framework conditions that the environment of a prison imposes (low cost and resource-poor execution).

The experiential activities are divided into three categories. There are icebreaker exercises, main activities, and reflection games. Using the filter function, you can sort the exercises by the competencies they promote, strengthen, and develop.
