The app includes an overview with essential information for refugees, such as

• publicly accessible free WiFi hot spots
• first aid / medical care
• addresses of language centres, courses
• labour market information
• access to (free) food and clothing
• legal counselling for refugees
• information on mobility services and public transport
• contact centres for refugees
• shopping centres, in which culture-specific foods are available
• offers of (free) recreational activities
• Information on access to education and vocational training
• information on family members, who are also fleeing
• access to communities (migrant organisations)

These information are available for the countries of the partner consortium (Austria, Bulgaria, Germany, Italy, Slovenia and Spain). The App itself is available in ARABIC, BULGARIAN, GERMAN, ENGLISCH, ITALIAN, SLOVENIAN and SPANISH language (language depends on the settings of the mobile device).

The App requires Android OS 4.0.3 and up and was published in March 2018.
